Atletico Madrid's Jose Antonio Reyes in talks about Sevilla return - report

The Spain international has reportedly grown unsettled at the Vicente Calderon and a move back to the Seville-based club appears to be a strong possibility
Atletico Madrid winger Jose Antonio Reyes has engaged in talks with Sevilla about a return to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, Diario de Sevilla reports.

The 28-year-old has been linked with a new challenge after falling out with coach Gregorio Manzano last month.

TV footage appeared to show Reyes swearing at the coach after being substituted in the second half of his side's 3-0 La Liga defeat at Athletic Bilbao.

Reyes has not been included in a match squad ever since, and reports suggest the player is looking for a way out of his situation.

The Spain international reportedly travelled to Seville on Monday in the company of his father and his agent to listen to learn the conditions about a potential move to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan outfit, whom he represented from 1994 to 2004.

The former Real Madrid and Benfica loanee has been at Atletico Madrid since 2007, when he joined the club from Arsenal.
