According to a report in A Bola, Champions League holders Inter are preparing a €20 million offer for highly rated Porto striker Radamel Falcao.
A number of media outlets from Portugal earlier this week suggested that Inter are interested in signing the Colombian international, and they are apparently determined to lure Falcao to Italy in the summer transfer window.
Inter are in the market for a new attacker to replace the ageing Diego Milito, who has been struggling to find his best form this term, and they see the 25-year-old as the perfect alternative.
Falcao started his professional career with River Plate before moving to the Portuguese league leaders in the summer of 2009, and he has since developed into one of the most feared attackers around on the European circuit.
It remains to be seen, though, whether Porto will accept Inter's €20m offer, with the Dragoes setting a €30m asking price for the frontman.
