Fiorentina are said to have made an interesting personal offer for Liverpool defender Daniel Agger.
The 26-year-old has long been linked with the switch, but it seems a delay over wages is holding up the move from progressing further.
Transfer market representative Bernado Brovarone has revealed the Viola made Agger an offer over wages, but it seems they will have to increase it.
"The Viola offered the Liverpool player €1.5 million per annum, but he wants at least €2m net a year. Also, we have to see what Liverpool says," Brovarone told Lady Radio, as reported by Tuttomercatoweb.com.
Meanwhile, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey, 30, will leave at the end of term and join Tottenham on a free deal.
It is said the Italian club are keen on offloading the Frenchman as they lighten the load on wages.
