Cristian Zapata's agent has reacted to reports claiming Inter were keen to land the Udinese defender in January.
Reports in the Italian press claimed Jose Mourinho was ready to open discourse regarding the Colombian during the winter transfer window, and that early contacts had been made.
However, Massimo Italiani, who represents the Bianconeri defender, has contradicted the reports, revealing that he has not heard anything from the Nerazzurri.
"The papers have linked Cristian to Juventus, Milan and Fiorentina, and all that was missing was Inter," the agent told FCInternews.com.
"I can't say whether it's speculation, but I can say that I have not had any contact with Inter directors.
"Zapata is still only 23 and he has played here for five years. Everyone knows his qualities...
"I don't know what will happen during the summer market, but Inter have not been in touch."
