Lazio president Claudio Lotito has rebuffed claims that Goran Pandev and Cristian Ledesma were still being frozen out of the squad.
Reports around the peninsula claimed the Macedonian hitman and Argentinean midfielder were still training away from the rest.
On Tuesday, Pandev was quoted by the Italian media as saying he was finished with Lotito, a claim which was then categorically denied by the player's agent.
Confusion over the futures of both players has been rife, especially after they were left out of Davide Ballardini's Europa League list. Lotito has now stepped in to clarify the situation in an attempt to cool the on-going row.
"Ledesma and Pandev are in the squad, they have not been left out," Lotito fired back when questioned by reporters outside the Lega Calcio.
"They were excluded from the European list because we had to make choices and only 21 players could be included. It was the choice of our coach and the club shares that opionion."
