Lazio sporting director Igli Tare is trying to dampen the tension regarding Goran Pandev's future as his side prepare to clash with Atalanta this weekend.
The Macedonian has become unhappy with the way he has been treated by the club after being left out of the squad. A further blow arrived when he was dropped from the Europa League list. Any chance of reconciliation between the club and player was dashed when he threatened legal action.
Despite all the reported squabbles behind the scenes, Tare has come out to reassure fans that there is no particular trouble.
"Pandev? He has not made any requests and there is no case about bullying," Tare told Tuttomercatoweb.com.
Another player who has been itching to break free from the ball and chain is Lorenzo De Silvestri. He has been linked with Milan and Juventus, and Tare has confirmed there could be developments.
"There could be novelties about De Silvestri soon, but I don't think he will join Juventus."
