Parma have continued their diligent transfer campaign by landing former Roma stopper Chirstian Panucci, according to Tuttomercatoweb.com.
The report suggests 36-year-old Panucci has already signed a one-year deal with the newly-promoted side following a meeting with the club on Wednesday night.
Panucci has been a free agent since his deal with Roma expired in June. He was linked with a return to his home-town club Genoa, but that move never got off the ground.
Despite the reports, Parma have not confirmed or announced any deal for the stopper, but it is said they may reveal the move by Friday as the club have been focussing on Valeri Bojinov's arrival from Manchester City.
The former Juventus striker was unveiled this morning during a press conference at the club's headquarters.
