Official: Sampdoria Sign Fernando Tissone From Udinese

Samp have snapped up a 50 per cent share in the Argentine midfielder, with young defender Rossini moving in the opposite direction.
Serie A clubs Sampdoria and Udinese have exchanged the services of midfielder Fernando Tissone and defender Jonathan Rossini.

“U.C. Sampdoria S.p.A communicate that they have acquired the sporting rights of footballer Fernando Tissone from Udinese Calcio on a co-ownership basis,” reads a statement on the Doriani’s official website.

“Meanwhile, the club communicates that it has sold the sporting rights of footballer Jonathan Rossini to Udinese on a co-ownership basis.”

Tissone arrived at Udinese from Argentine side Lanus in 2004 but spent two years at Atalanta from 2006 to 2008 before returning to the Stadio Friuli last summer.

Jonathan Rossini is a product of Samp’s youth academy, but the 20-year-old will not remain in Friuli next season, as he has already been loaned out to Sassuolo.
