China striker Jiang Ning is heading to Russia on Monday in order to undergo a trial with Spartak Moscow.
The capital giants are keen to make inroads into the East Asian
market and, according to the official site of the Asian Football Conferation,
see the Qingdao Zhongneng player as ideal.
Jiang is establishing himself in the Chinese national side. The 22-year-old made his debut in the East Asian Championships back in February 2008.
He then appeared in China’s ill-fated attempt qualification for the 2010 World
The former Under-23 striker has also been involved in China’s
ongoing campaign to reach the 2011 Asian Cup.
