Fiorentina director Pantaleo Corvino has revealed there will not be any meeting with Juventus over Felipe Melo as he underlines the conditions regarding any proposed transfer.
Earlier reports in Italy claimed the Bianconeri were set to meet with their Fiorentina counterparts in order to table a bid for the Brazilian ace. However, Corvino has stepped in to clarify the situation and he has rubber stamped the conditions which need to be met by those who are keen on Melo.
"Everyone knows the conditions. They have to bring us €25million. Juve? No team has come close to what we have been asking, therefore there will not be a meeting with the Bianconeri," Corvino told Sky Sport Italia.
"We do not want co-ownership deals and [Marco] Marchionni has no part in any deal for Melo."
The chief also opened the door to Melo, telling him he can leave if he wants better terms elsewhere.
"He [Melo] knows there are clubs out there who can offer him better economic deals than us," concluded the director.
