Porto Defender Aly Cissokho Wants Milan, No Offers From Inter – Agent

The Italian representative for the Frenchman claims the Rossoneri are still the player’s first choice...
Aly Cissokho’s future is still in limbo after Milan scrapped a €15 million deal with Porto after the defender failed a medical, and French press reports have suggested that local rivals Inter have now joined the hunt for his services - rumours refuted by the player's agent.

A dental problem that could bring about muscular injuries was discovered by Milan head doctor Jean-Pierre Meersseman, but Cissokho’s legal representative in the peninsula, Fabrizio Ferrari, insists the Frenchman is a safe bet.

“Aly is a healthy player,” he told 7 Gold show 'Domenica Stadio'.

“Porto have already cured his posture problems stemming from his teeth so much so that he did not have any physical issues last term.

“Milan clearly have faith in professor Meersseman, who deems this physical problem very important.”

But is it true that Inter are trying to snatch the full-back from under the noses of their bitter rivals?

“I spoke to [Inter technical director Marco] Branca on the phone, but I didn’t receive any specific requests for Aly,” admitted the agent.

“Aly is very disappointed, because he doesn’t know yet where he will play next season. He wants Milan, but Porto don’t seem disposed to give in to the Rossoneri’s conditions.”
