TEAM NEWS: Borriello starts for Juventus against Novara with Quagliarella on the bench

Marco Borriello has been chosen to start Juventus' Piedmont derby clash with Novara this afternoon, with his midweek goal heroics seeing him chosen ahead of Fabio Quagliarella in attack.

Borriello starts alongside Mirko Vucinic at the head of a 3-5-2 formation, with Stephan Lichtsteiner returning to the side at right wing-back.

For the home side, Michel Morganella is suspended, meaning Hernan Paolo Dellafiore moves to right-back, while Andrea Mazzarani starts once more, with midweek match-winner Giuseppe Mascara carrying a knock.

The match at the Stadio Silvio Piola kicks off at 15.00CET, with Bianconeri legends Giampiero Boniperti and Michel Platini, now president of Uefa, expected to be in attendance.
