Inter's Wesley Sneijder determined to beat AC Milan in Supercoppa Italiana

The Dutch playmaker has made it clear that the Coppa Italia holders are keen to defeat their city rivals in Beijing and is thoroughly enjoying the trip to China
Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder is full of ambition ahead of this weekend's Supercoppa Italiana clash against arch rivals AC Milan and is keen to win the first derby of the 2011-12 campaign.

Both clubs from Italy's fashion capital lock horns in Beijing on Saturday and the 27-year-old is excited to be in China for the first time in his life.

"I'm convinced Inter can do well here and I'll do everything I can to make sure that happens. We want to win. We're here to win it," Sneijder was quoted as saying on the club's official website.

"We're here for a very important match and it's a special game for two reasons: because it's a derby and because we're in China. This is the first time I've set foot here in China: it's an honour for me and I'm excited about it."

Manchester United are eager to add Sneijder to their squad ahead of the start of the Premier League and the Inter star recently admitted that there's a chance that he will leave Inter this summer.

However, United have yet to table an official offer for the Netherlands international.
