Roma's Mirko Vucinic interested in Juventus switch - report

Roma forward Mirko Vucinic has told new sporting director Walter Sabatini that he wishes to leave the club and join rivals Juventus, according to Goal.com Italia.

The 27-year-old had a mixed season with the capital city outfit, and a change of scenery could be the best outcome for all parties involved.

Vucinic's agent recently revealed that he spoke with Juventus over a move and general director Giuseppe Marotta reportedly believes the Montenegrin would be a good fit in Turin.

Newly appointed coach Antonio Conte took the reins at the Old Lady and has identified the Roma forward as the perfect player for his new-look side, as he is compatible in his 4-2-4 formation, functioning either on the wing or through the centre in attack.

However, Roma will demand no less than
20 million for the attacker, and have also indicated that they are not interested in Juve forwards Vincenzo Iaquinta or Amauri to form a player-plus-cash deal.

Vucinic has reportedly already informed his agent of his desire to join Juventus, despite the player being offered to the likes of Tottenham and Blackburn in England.
