Inter and Roma have been told they must splash the cash in order to land Genoa defender Domenico Criscito as the club's director of sport sets out his approach regarding a transfer.
Both the Nerazzurri and Giallorossi have been heavily linked with the 24-year-old Italy international, but Stefano Capozucca has signalled the left-back will not come cheaply.
His comments come just days after president Enrico Preziosi said he would be willing to negotiate with clubs offering good money.
Speaking to TRS, Capozucca said: "Criscito deserves a prestigious club, and Roma as well as Inter are prestigious sides.
"But Criscito will only leave in light of an important offer, otherwise we will be happy to keep him at Genoa."
Roma goalkeeper Julio Sergio has been linked with the Grifoni following a number of howlers from Eduardo last term. However, the director said there is no rush to acquire a new shot stopper.
"He is a good goalkeeper, but before buying new ones we have to consider Eduardo."
Napoli have also been linked with the 24-year-old.
