AC Milan cannot afford Marek Hamsik - Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini

Zamparini feels Milan will not buy the Napoli playmaker because they cannot afford him while insisting that Abel Hernandez is not for sale
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has claimed that AC Milan chief Silvio Berlusconi does not have enough money to pay for Napoli's Marek Hamsik.

The Rossoneri have been linked with the Slovakian playmaker on numerous occasions, but so far  have denied reports of a genuine interest in the 23-year-old.

Zamparini feels that they would not be able to come up with the cash needed for a transfer.

"He [Berlusconi] does not have the money for football," Zamparini told Radio 2, when asked about Hamsik and Milan.

"Plus my friend De Laurentiis is not selling him."

Abel Hernandez has been impressive for Palermo as he continues to get people talking, but there is no room to negotiate as he is not on the market.

"Hernandez is absolutely not for sale and that won’t change no matter what offers are made, even those of over €20 million," added the president on Vocegiallorossa.it.
