Inter directors Rinaldo Ghelfi and Marco Branca, as well as agent Carlo Pallavicino have been referred to the Disciplinary Committee regarding Goran Pandev's transfer from Lazio to the Nerazzurri, according to Ansa.
Pallavicino reportedly worked as a mediator on the transfer on behalf of persons who had not given him permission to act in that regard.
Meanwhile, Ghelfi and Branca 'knowingly' signed a professional contract with the Macedonian, without having any mandate.
The Federal Prosecutor's Office decided to investigate the transfer after Lazio president Claudio Lotito submitted documents that were deemed sufficient to suggest irregularities with the 27-year-old's eventual move to San Siro in January 2010.
At the beginning of last season, Pandev filed for an official contract termination with Lazio and was later frozen out of the team. The contract dispute eventually went before the Lega Calcio, who ruled in favour of the former Belasica player.
