"We are first in the league and we intend to remain there," Abbiati told Il Corriere dello Sport.
However, their dominance has started to run thin after back to back draws in their last two games.
"We are happy, and we are aware of our strengths and so we believe we can get there in the end," he added.
"Inter have the best and most competitive squad, Napoli and Roma are below, but still they are dangerous.
"We are not worried and we are optimistic our season won't tumble."
