Yesterday, it was revealed a reported transfer fee of €6 million is expected to be announced for the 22-year-old, but further details regarding his move have emerged.
The player will sign a contract until June 2015 with the Partenopei and earn €750,000 per season.
FIFA Agent Andrea D'Amico believes the central defender would make a great addition to any team.
"Victor Ruiz is one of the strongest players at international level," he revealed to Radio CRC.
"After only one year as a starter in La Liga he is wanted by many European clubs."
The young centre-back has made 15 starts for the Blanc i Blau this season and will likely slot into the three-man backline after the long-term injury to Gianluca Grava.
