Milan Are Not Interested In Chelsea Defender Jose Bosingwa - Ariedo Braida

Milan director Ariedo Braida has dismissed a winter transfer for Chelsea's Jose Bosingwa.
Milan director Ariedo Braida has denied the club are interested in Chelsea defender Jose Bosingwa.

Recent reports had linked the Rossoneri with a cut-price deal for the 28-year-old right-back, whose contract expires during the summer. However, Braida insists the club aren't looking to sign the former Porto star at the moment.

"We always like great players, Bosingwa is one of course, but right now we are on stand-by," he told the Portuguese press, according to calciomercato.com.

"Right now there is no interest on our part. In June who knows. What I can say is that he won't join us now, in the summer I don't know."

After missing a majority of last season through injury, Bosingwa plummeted down the Castrol Rankings, but has slowly started to make his way back up and now sits at 1550.
