Highly rated youngster Joel Obi could be on his way out of Italian champions Inter as fellow Serie A side Parma have shown an interest in signing the Nigerian midfielder, according to a report in La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Parma are battling against relegation this term and currently sit 16th in the league table. Therefore, head coach Pasquale Marino is eager to add to his ranks and he supposedly sees Obi as the perfect addition to his squad.
Obi is a product of the Inter youth academy and has made five Serie A appearances since making his official league debut in October.
Regular first team action still seems far away for the young midfielder though, and Inter could therefore decide to farm him out on loan in the second half of the season.
