Antonio Cassano will today discover whether he stays or goes as the Lega Calcio's arbitration panel decides on the rescission case with Sampdoria.
Riccardo Garrone, the Samp president, has asked to have Cassano's deal terminated following a feud which started between the men in October.
Friday's hearing in Milan yielded no results, but La Gazzetta dello Sport claims a decision will arrive later once the second hearing takes place at 15:00CET.
Sampdoria's lawyers will present their case, but the arbitration panel will also hear Cassano's legal team.
It is suggested a hefty fine is in sight for the player instead of a contract termination - the maximum penalty.
Should the Lega decide for a rescission, Cassano would be free to join another club instantly. If not, then Sampdoria will likely sell him in January.
