Inter striker Philippe Coutinho could join Sampdoria on loan as a proxy to Antonio Cassano who has been excluded from the club pending his contract rescission case with the club.

A six month loan move is beeing planned for January when the 18-year-old Brazilian is expected to return from injury.
Inter want Coutinho to gain experience and regular action, and he could be Sampdoria's answer to fill in for Cassano.
