Juventus' hopes of seeing Milos Krasic play against Milan have been dashed after their appeal to have a two-match ban overturned was rejected on Friday.
Krasic was hit with a two-game suspension on Tuesday after diving to win a non-existent penalty.
Juventus followed that up by appealing to the FIGC. But they have upheld the decision.
The federal court of sports justice maintained the Lega Serie A's decision was correct and have enforced the ban.
Krasic thus misses Saturday's key clash against Milan at San Siro.
An extract of the statement from the federation reads: "The reasons for the application of the relative sanctions are deemed to be integral, and in particular, the grave matter of anti-sporting behaviour for diving."
