Inter director Luis Figo has distanced the club from reports surrounding an interest in Napoli ace Marek Hamsik.
On Friday Hamsik said that he wanted to win the Champions League with a big club - fuelling speculation that Inter had placed him on their agenda.
Former coach Jose Mourinho wanted him at Inter, but Figo has moved with haste to subdue the latest voices.
"Hamsik is a very important player for Napoli. There are many clubs on him from an international level, but if he decides to stay at Napoli then no-one can sign him," Figo told Sport.sk as reported by Calcionapoli24.it.
