Parma full-back Luca Antonelli believes that Milan are one of the favourites to win the Scudetto in what could be a wide open race and that the Rossoneri deserved to defeat the Gialloblu last weekend.
The Diavoli beat Parma 1-0 on Saturday and are now joint-second in the table and Antonelli thinks that they will be a force to be reckoned with.
“Milan are a very strong team, no one is unbeatable, but Milan are strong and they deserved to win against Parma," the 23-year-old stated to Sky Italia.
When asked about his father who used to play for Milan, Antonelli explained, “He doesn't give me advice anymore.
“He only tells me to listen to the coach and the most experienced players in the group. I took a big knock from [Gennaro] Gattuso, who put a hole in my boot, a few seconds into the match.
“I didn't feel anything in the heat of the moment, but when I got home I started to feel a pain in my toe."
