Inter defender Ivan Cordoba says he was told to continue playing after receiving a knock to the leg in his scoreless draw against Juventus.
The Columbian also hopes to recover many of his team-mates from injury after their international duties.
"I felt something on the back of my leg, and the doctor told me that it would be diffcult for me to continue," Corboda told the club's official website after the match. "We shall see how I feel tomorrow.
"Tonight's match was a hard fought one, with two sides who tired to impose their style of play on the match. We tried to open the game up, whilst Juventus closed down the spaces well. we created several opportunities to score, and then certain events occurred, which changed our plans.
"In any case, a positive night of football occurred. We have another point to add to our total, and can go forward like this. If there was one team this evening that tried to get a result, it was Inter."
Cordoba says it is not a problem that there is a team ahead of them on the ladder.
"It is not an issue that a side [Lazio] are ahead of us. The problem will occur if we continue to draw matches. We hope during the break to get some players back from injury," Cordoba concluded.
