Palermo Fear Giulio Migliaccio Has Fractured His Shoulder - Report

Palermo midfielder Giulio Migliaccio's fall against Sparta Prague may have severly damaged his shoulder
Palermo fear that Giulio Migliaccio fractured his shoulder during last night's Europa League game with Sparta Prague. To make matters worse Palermo controlled the game but went on to lose 3-2 in the Czech capital.

The captain for the night fell awkwardly after going up for a header in the second half, and somehow returned to the pitch after treatment. However, Migliaccio looked in extreme discomfort and struggled to hold his arm and run, unsurprisingly he was replaced shortly after.

Stadionews are now reporting the Italian club fear the injury was in fact a fracture and they hope further damage wasn't done by the midfielder's determination to continue.

Migliaccio will undergo examinations today, which will shed light on the full extent of the problem.
