Inter Coach Rafael Benitez To Revolutionise Tactical Foundation - Report

Inter coach Rafael Benitez is set to scrap Jose Mourinho's 4-2-3-1 formation and revolutionise his side with a new set-up.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Benitez wants to shock his team to change and move away from the Mourinho influences which seem to have had an effect on their poor start to the season.

Benitez wants to use a three-man midfield with Javier Zanetti on the right, Esteban Cambiasso or Dejan Stankovic in the middle and Thiago Motta on the left - a system similar to the one used by former coach Roberto Mancini.

Wesley Sneijder would be deployed as a playmaker and Samuel Eto'o and Diego Milito would play up front together. It would be a big change for Eto'o, but one that he would welcome.

Under Mourinho, the Cameroon ace was transformed into being more of a winger, often being required to track back and help with defending.
