Inter coach Rafael Benitez admits that he will have a tough time balancing the two encounters with Juventus and Milan in the Trofeo TIM tournament.
The triangular series sees all three teams meet each other once in a 45-minute match, with penalties to decide the tie should the result be a draw at the end of regular time.
"It is not easy for a coach to think about the first and second match," Benitez explained to Repubblica.it. "You could take two separate sides, but it is not easy as many players have been involved in international friendlies.
"We shall see what happens. The main thing is that it is a good tournament for the spectators. For us coaches, it will not be easy."
Benitez aims to have all his players not get injured during the tournament, as the Nerazzurri still have to play Atletico Madrid in the European Supercup, as well as start on a strong note in defending their Scudetto against Bologna on August 29.
"The most important thing is that I prepare the players for the Supercups and the start of the season. The pre-season in the USA made us work hard, and I hope we can do the same over the coming days.
"The main aim will be to have more possession, and have a high tempo, but we must remember that our adversaries [in the Trofeo TIM] will be strong opponents, and it will always be easy to play beautiful football," concluded Benitez.
