Sinisa Mihajlovic To Sign Two-Year Deal With Fiorentina On Monday - Report

The former free-kick specialist will be back on the bench soon, according to the latest reports from the peninsula...
Sinisa Mihajlovic will sign a contract with Fiorentina on Monday, according to tuttomercatoweb.

The Serb tactician recently terminated his contract with Catania and the press are certain he will be the replacement for Viola coach Cesare Prandelli, who is set to take over the Italian national team after the 2010 World Cup.

Negotiations were halted due to unfortunate circumstances, as Mihajlovic's father passed away and he immediately left for Belgrade to be with his family.

However, the 41-year-old will return next week and sign a two-year deal with the Tuscan club on Monday.

Mihajlovic was sacked by Bologna in the spring of 2009, but took over Catania midway through this past season, lifting them up the table to avoid relegation to Serie B.
