Roma Fans Camp Under Inter Hotel - Report

Roma fans have taken inspiration from their Barcelona counterparts as they also attempted to disturb Inter players whilst in their hotel room prior to the Coppa Italia final.

Approximately 100 supporters were outside the Rome Cavalieri Hotel, when at 21:30, the group began chanting anti-Inter and Lazio songs, in protest of what occurred on the weekend.

Three police vans also arrived on the scene, to help dispurse the crowd, and quieten the surroundings. The vans also block the entrance into the hotel.

After 90 minutes, strikers Mario Balotelli and Marko Arnautovic look out their respective windows to see what is occurring beneath them. Fans spot the 19-year-old Italian international, and begin shouting for him to come down.

Officials and police were then involved in moving the players away from any rooms near the fans, for their own safety.

Not even rain could contain the group, as they continue to cause a ruckus outside the hotel.

Only one injury was reported during the incident, with a male receiving blows to the back.

The Coppa Italia final will be played tomorrow evening.
