Inter & Roma Target Fabio Simplicio To Sort Out Future In April - Agent

The representative of Fabio Simplicio has insisted the Palermo midfielder has yet to agree terms with other clubs despite constant speculation linking him with Italian giants Inter and Roma.

The 30-year-old's contract runs out in the summer and he is widely expected to leave Sicily after already having been on the verge of joining Inter during the January transfer window.

Some sources in the peninsula are convinced Simplicio has already reached a verbal agreement to join Roma, but the player’s agent, Gilmar Rinaldi, told Romanews.eu: “I’ll travel back to Italy in April and that’s when Fabio’s future will be decided. Nothing has been written in stone with any side for the time being and we are not evaluating any offers.

“He had the possibility of moving to Inter last month but then we preferred to wait and take our time in order to make the best choice for Fabio’s future.

“Inter was an option and we have to see if it will be again. Every day Fabio is being associated with a different team. Now we just want to take our time and calmly make our decision.”
