Inter stopper Marco Materazzi may not have been selected by coach Jose Mourinho in his side's 2-0 win over Milan, but the 36-year-old found an interesting way to celebrate.

Once the final whistle had been blown, the defender pulled out a mask depicting Milan president and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

The fans that remained in the stadium reacted by laughing at the defender's act. Midfielder Sulley Muntari was the one who found the incident the most amusing, and gave the 2006 World Cup hero a hug.

The Rossoneri president has not yet replied to the incident, but knowing his outspoken nature he may do so sooner rather than later.
