Milan coach Leonardo insists there is still plenty of work to be done before his team can mount a challenge to wrest the Scudetto from league leaders Inter.
An eight-point gap separates the two teams, but confidence at Milanello has increased following the 3-0 win over Juventus on Sunday night.
Although Leonardo has attempted to enthuse his players further, he understands the task in hand involves a major push, as well as a degree of perfection from now until the end of term.
"There is a profound happiness around here, but the gap with Inter is still there and they are a team who hardly make mistakes," Leonardo told the press.
"We must not forget this win [against Juventus], as it was a deserved result. We know we have done something important, and this gives you the security to go on."
