The agent of Palermo midfielder Javier Pastore has revealed that his client will not be joining Chelsea during the summer transfer period.
Marcelo Simonian told Mediterraneonline.it that the talented Argentinean will be staying put at the Rosaneri, rubbishing the rumour about the possible move to the Blues.
"Javier will remain at Palermo," Simonian stated.
"We have never spoken to Chelsea, and are not in contact with any other club.
"He is doing well at Palermo," summed up Simonian.
The agent also denied having any knowledge that the London-based club were sending scouts to watch the 20-year-old, as well as Sampdoria's Gianpaolo Pazzini, when the two teams meet on Wednesday.
