Report: Inter Monitor Italy Midfielder Daniele Galloppa

Inter are ready to offer Parma and Italy midfielder Daniele Galloppa a dream move next summer.

Il Corriere Dello Sport reports the Nerazzurri have been closely monitoring the 24-year-old for over a year. Sporting director Marco Branca has him in sight and is ready to spend around €13 million to land him.

Galloppa has impressed since joining Parma on a co-ownership deal from Siena. He has blossomed into form, earning a call up to the Italian national team for the friendly internationals against the Netherlands and Sweden after debuting in June.

There are several hurdles to overcome if a deal is to be made. Parma are keen to use their option to sign him permanently from Siena at the end of term. Should this be the case, Inter will have to raise the stakes.

It is said that Ducali president Tommaso Ghirardi would be willing to trade for around €15m, but an offer of around €13m could see the midfielder switch to the team he supports.

Galloppa has already made it clear that he would jump at the chance to join the champions.

"I would like to play for them in the future, but at the moment I just want to improve," Galloppa told the press last week when he joined up with the Italy squad.
