Livorno Coach Serse Cosmi Hoping To Complete Mission Impossible Against Inter

Cosmi is hoping to make it three in a row since his arrival ten days ago...
After making it two wins in succession midweek following the victory over Atalanta, Livorno coach Serse Cosmi is taking nothing for granted as he prepares to take on Jose Mourinho’s Inter on Sunday afternoon.

“I don’t think Inter will be distracted by their Champions League obligations,” Cosmi declared to CorrieredelloSport.

“The Nerazzurri will come here to play their own game as usual, with only a win on their mind.”

“We are missing [Cristiano] Lucarelli and up top we will probably stick with [Tomas] Danilevicius and [Francesco] Tavano. What will be important is the attitude in which we take to the field, and the psychological balance needed to take on a side with Inter’s calibre.

“The right motivation and character is always important to achieve success, and we need to work hard at this if we are to complete a mission impossible.”
