Although Lorenzo De Silvestri's move to Fiorentina merely lacks an official stamp, there could be another Lazio player wearing the colours of the Viola next season, with Cristian Ledesma apparently a target for the Florentine club.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo Corvino is discussing the idea of loaning Zdravko Kuzmanovic to Lazio in return for the temporary transfer of the Argentine.
The 26-year-old South American has endured a difficult relationship with Aquilotti president Claudio Lotito in the past few months, but he has indicated that he would like to stay with the club.
Meanwhile, Kuzmanovic has become disillusioned in Tuscany after the signing of Cristiano Zanetti from Juventus. The 21-year-old has been relegated to the bench since Zanetti's arrival and faces a difficult task to force his way into the side.
A loan deal for both players would be a mutually acceptable solution for Corvino and Lotito, and further progress on the switch could be made once the transfer of De Silvestri has been rubber-stamped.
