Sampdoria president Riccardo Garrone has stepped in to deflect transfer speculation linking Antonio Cassano with a move away from Marassi in an attempt to reassure fans.
A number of voices have grown louder over 'Il Talentino's' future and he has been linked with Inter- the club he supported as a youngster.
As things stand, Samp have not received any official offers.
"Cassano's 99 per cent chances of staying are now 100 per cent," Garrone told Sky Sport Italia.
"Many clubs like him, but we have not received any offers."
Garrone also revealed there would not be any new signings this summer.
"Our new recruits are called [Angelo] Palombo and Giampaolo Pazzini," concluded the chief.
Garrone's comments on Cassano come just days after chief executive Bepper Marotta also claimed the hitman would not be sold.
