No Contact From Juventus For Real Madrid's Mahamadou Diarra – Agent

Following a number of reports linking Diarra with the Bianconeri, the player's agent has down played rumours of a move...
Mahamadou Diarra's agent, Frederic Guerra, has revealed he has not received any contact from Juventus over his client after the Real Madrid midfielder was strongly linked with a move to Turin.

Reports in Italy this morning suggested Juventus were keen on Diarra as they continue to strengthen their squad. Voices surrounding the club claimed Fabio Cannavaro and Mohamed Sissoko were sponsoring the move. However, those rumours have been played down by the agent, who insists there is no substance to them.

"I have not had any type of contact with Juventus and I think it's just the usual transfer rumours to be honest," Guerra told Tuttomercatoweb.com.

"The player is happy in Madrid and he is not worried by all the players that [president Florentino] Perez is buying."

Juventus are currently working towards signing Udinese's Gaetano D'Agostino, however, that move is proving more complicated than first anticipated.
