Juventus midfielder Tiago admits he could leave the club and return to Portugal following an unsuccessful two-year stint in Turin.
Tiago has not enjoyed the best of times at Juve, ever since his €13million move from Lyon in 2007. The Portuguese midfielder has failed to shine and he has, at best, been a fringe player, despite trying his best to break into the starting XI.
It now seems as if he is ready to breathe a new air, as he eyes a Portuguese move.
"Italian football is very tactical and it's not suited to my characteristics," Tiago told Maisfutbol.
"My return to Portugal? I have never won the league there and so I would take advantage if I had the chance.
"However, I still have a contract with Juve, but you never know what can happen in football."
Juve are in negotiations with Udinese for Gaetano D'Agostino. His arrival is likely to see Tiago's chances of regular action limited even further.
