No Negotiations For Udinese Midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino – Agent

Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino has been making headlines in the past couple of weeks, scoring four times in two crucial victories for the club against Fiorentina and Chievo. The player, who has had a breakout season, has been linked with a number of clubs in the transfer market and his agent, Franco Zavaglia, spoke about the speculation on Monday.

"What if teams like Inter, Milan and Juventus are asking for him? Would you refuse me a professional improvement? I think this should be considered for everyone involved, not just the player," he joked to Udineseblog.

The representative then moved to more serious matters, insisting that the former Messina player is not the subject of any negotiations at the moment, despite all the stories in the press.

"Right now there are no negotiations happening, but if there is a concrete and serious bid to improve his career, which also meets the needs of Udinese, then I don't think that there will be any problems," the agent said

Zavaglia concluded by hinting that Inter could be a possible destination for the 26-year-old.

"Some have said [Nerazzurri coach Jose] Mourinho has been saying positive things about him, but personally I don't know anything about it.," he finished.

The Italian playmaker has also been associated with moves to Napoli and Juventus over the past few months.
