Former Inter coach Roberto Mancini believes Barcelona will win the Champions League this season.
The Blaugrana have marched into the semi-final, where they will clash with last year's beaten finalists Chelsea. It's set to be an explosive encounter and, perhaps, the pick of the round. Mancini, who played in the 1992 final against the Spanish side with Sampdoria, believes Josep Guardiola will take his side all the way to lifting the trophy.
"Barcelona are the strongest team, even if they haven't won much in recent years," Mancini told Radio Incontro.
"I think they are above everyone else and I think it is their year to win the Champions League."
Mancini has also kept an eye on matters closer to home. The former Nerazzurri coach has given his views on the Adriano saga, a player who never quite saw eye to eye with him.
"I am sorry about that and I hope Adriano manages to pull himself out of this situation," added Mancini.
"I don't know exactly what has happened, but I feel sorry because he is a good guy."
