Genoa And Inter Ready To Do Business - Report

Inter and Genoa are set to meet to discuss the potential transfer of a number of players.

Inter president Massimo Moratti reportedly called Genoa patron Enrico Preziosi to congratulate him on defeating Juventus, a result that benefited the Nerazzurri, and also to set up a meeting during the coming week, according to tuttomercatoweb.

It has been suggested that this meeting will be the beginning of multiple negotiations between the clubs for a number of players.

The press have constantly linked Diego Milito with a move to Inter and he is one of the name's on Moratti's wish list, as well as midfielder Thiago Motta.

Meanwhile, Domenico Criscito and Raffaele Palladino have also caught the attention of Inter, even if the former is on-loan at Juventus, and the latter is co-owned by the Bianconeri.

Preziosi has earmarked a few player's from Inter to strengthen his squad this summer that Jose Mourinho currently finds surplus to requirements. Victor Obinna and Nicolas Burdisso have found little playing time this season and could be included in any deals, as well as young midfielder Francesco Bolzoni.

As the transfer window re-opens in the summer, only time will tell if there are any truth to these reports or if they are simply just speculation.
