Juventus left-back Paolo De Ceglie has declared that it will be difficult for the club to find someone with the experience and ability of retiring midfielder Pavel Nedved.
"It will not be easy to find his successor," the defender told the Corriere dello Sport.
"Surely, there are others who can play in his role. However, it will be the club to decide who should take his post. I can play there as well, but I think we have very different styles.
"The coach decides where I play, I believe I am better as a full-back, even if I have been used as a midfielder."
De Ceglie suffered injury to his lung in a Coppa Italia match with Napoli over a month ago, adding to the slew of Bianconeri injuries at the time, but he is match-fit once again.
"I'm better, I've been practicing and am available to the coach for the match with Chievo," he concluded.
Juventus are currently seven points behind Inter in the Scudetto race and will be looking to close that gap when they host the Flying Donkeys on Sunday.
