The Rosanero president has stated and restated Palermo's full authority over the playmaker, and believes only a select few would be able to afford his €60 million price.
Real Madrid and Barcelona have been linked with the Argentinian, and while 'Zampa' admits Inter's interest is verifiable, he maintained they will not get him.
"I have not received any offers from Italian clubs, wher as in Spain I received a €25m offer," he told GR Parlamento.
"I won't deny that Inter are following him, but they cannot buy him on our conditions."
