Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder is a slight doubt for this Sunday's clash with Palermo, according to Goal.com Italia.
The Dutch international suffered a knock during the 2-2 draw with Twente in the Champions League and is reportedly still feeling some pain, causing him to train alone on Friday. There are some concerns he will not be available to coach Rafael Benitez in Sicily.
It should be noted, that this was a similar theme last season as there would be question marks over Sneijder's availability and he would often still feature in the starting XI in most cases. The former Real Madrid playmaker's condition will be further assessed on Saturday.
However there was also some good news to come from the Angelo Moratti Sports Centre, as striker Goran Pandev will not miss much action after sustaining a knee injury in the same match and should return for the contest against rivals Roma on September 25.
