Napoli midfielder Christian Maggio wishes for a full San Paolo stadium against Elfsborg in their Europa League qualifier, by imploring the fans to come and support the side.
Maggio believes with the support of the general public, the Azzurri can take an advantage into the second leg of the tie.
"I hope that the stadium can be full," Maggio told SkySport24. "If I were to score, I would kneel down in front of the fans.
"Compared to last season, we hope to get off to a good start. The Europa League is a competition that we want to enter, for which we are preparing ourselves well.
"The Swedish side are ahead of us in terms of their physical conditions, but we are concentrated on doing well in this match.
"We need to seek winning at home, and hopefully we can have an advantage by the end of it," Maggio summed up.
The two teams meet on Thursday evening at 20:00 CET.
