Lazio Star Goran Pandev Ready For A 'Big' Club - Delio Rossi

The Macedonian's former coach believes that the attacker is ready to leave Lazio and join a more important team this summer.
Former Lazio coach Delio Rossi has always believed in Goran Pandev's qualities, and for this reason he is pushing him to join a more competitive club.

The player is currently unsettled with the Biancocelesti and has been linked to various teams, with Palermo the latest to join a list that also contains the likes of Bayern Munich and Liverpool.

"In my opinion, Goran has become a player for a big club," declared his former mentor to Mediterraneonline.it.

"Knowing that Palermo is an important club, maybe he will think about it. However, he might have other objectives, also because I think that Palermo is worth the same as Lazio and he is probably searching for other motivations."

Rossi then spoke about his current situation, as he is currently without a club following his departure from the Stadio Olimpico at the end of last season.

"I have been contacted by various squads, but I'm waiting for the right place," he explained. "It's a particular moment."

The 49-year-old coach led Lazio for four seasons between 2005 and 2009, helping them to win the Coppa Italia last term.
